Sydney- An excellent performance with both bat and ball saw Australia emerge victorious against a clueless India by 66 runs, which immediately prompted Pakistani fans to make fun of the poor performance of their arch-rivals.
Babar Azam, currently captain across all three formats of Pakistan Cricket, was quick to respond to the criticism on India’s overseas exploits. “Bhai thora easy ho jao, jald he apna time aayega. Abhe ham ne bhe New Zealand khelnay jana hai, ham se perform na hua toh wo bhe aesy he mazaq karen ge.” Said a thoughtful Babar in a video message posted on Instagram.
Pakistan is set to play 3 T20Is and 2 tests against New Zealand between December and January. Pakistan is already facing the threat of deportation if players continue to violate the SOPs regarding COVID-19.
