As India’s moon landing mission, Chandrayaan-2, suffers a last-minute communications loss, the neighboring country took this well-deserved opportunity to mock the ISRO. It took India over 10 years of effort to develop the space program of this caliber and aimed for a soft landing on the moon which fell apart.
On the other side of the border, the glorious Ruet-e-Hilal Committee continues to fight for its right to remain separate from scientific methods. Despite Mufti Muneeb ur Rehman’s blunt opposition towards forming a lunar calendar, Fawad Chaudhry announced the launch of Pakistan’s first-ever moon-sighting app called “The Ruet” a few months back.
“The Ruet? That is a load of wack,” Mufti Muneeb ur Rehman insisted.
While Pakistan continues to address grave issues like moon-sighting, “Endia”, as Fawad Chaudhry likes to put it, seems to be falling short of achieving its myopic goals.
“Dear Endia, itz not rocket science, u suck” Fawad Chaudhry tweeted while addressing India’s failed rocket science mission. To show India who’s the “daddy”, Fawad Chaudhry promised to send Pakistan’s first astronaut from The Sims to space by 2020.
Fawad claims that he has worked relentlessly to get his Sim a doctoral degree in aerospace engineering. His Sims are creating a one of its kind space program and once it’s ready, it will make the whole nation proud.
